Retail Return Refund Policy

In the rare event you want to return your purchase, items may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.  Products must be returned by UPS ground and insured for full value.  A return authorization number must be obtained from us before returning merchandise along with obtaining the proper address to our warehouse.  Once we receive the merchandise back, a credit for the purchase price will be posted to the same credit card you purchased the merchandise with.  
 

This return policy pertains to retail purchases only and is not intended for wholesale drop ship accounts.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
